The Woman of the Year is a leader, champion for women in the workforce and role model within her industry. She displays excellence in her field and is actively involved in the local business community.
Eligibility: Open to any woman who is a business owner or professional living and working in Kelowna or the surrounding area.
A Change Maker is an individual who creates a positive impact by providing a service, program, group or voice for change. They are a role model, socially conscious, community-oriented and by personal and/or professional example help to make Kelowna a better place to live.
Eligibility: Open to any person 15+ living and working in Kelowna or the surrounding area.
The Spirit Award recognizes a woman who demonstrates leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion in their business or the community at large. This award acknowledges initiatives in any aspect of diversity including, age, ability, gender identity, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, race or religion.
Eligibility: Open to any woman who is a business owner or professional living and working in Kelowna or the surrounding area.
