A mentorship program is a voluntary relationship between a mentor and a mentee. The mentor acts as a sponsor for the mentee, helping to improve performance, advance her career or business, share knowledge, and provide counsel and emotional support.

Kelowna Women in Business has developed its signature Mentorship Program to provide this valuable opportunity for our membership. The 12–week program is designed with both the entrepreneur and professional in mind.

What people are saying about the KWIB Mentorship Program

“I have done so much more with a person by my side than just doing it on my own. I am getting my website going, and I’ve worked on my presentations more diligently. I started a mentee group to continue collaborating outside of mentorship. I believe it is extremely important to be a part of a community of like-minded individuals and having this support group would be encouraged for future mentorship programs.” 2022 Mentee

“What I am enjoying most about the program is the time committed to nurturing/growing the business and having access to the expertise of my mentor.” 2022 Mentee

“It is rewarding to give back and help someone else in their professional journey.” 2023 Mentor
