A mentorship program is a voluntary relationship between a mentor and a mentee. A mentor acts as a sponsor for the mentee, helping to improve performance, advance her career or business, share knowledge, provide counsel and emotional support.
Kelowna Women in Business has developed a mentorship program to provide this valuable opportunity to our members. The program is designed with both the Entrepreneur and the Professional in mind.
