As an entrepreneur, founder, event architect, and community builder, Amy is the Founder and CEO of Okanagan Corporate Retreats + Incentives, a boutique agency designing luxury executive retreats, corporate off-sites, leadership experiences, and incentive travel programs across Canada and select global destinations.
For Amy, a great experience is about more than where you go or what happens while you’re there. By combining strategic planning with exceptional hospitality, she creates experiences designed to strengthen leadership, foster collaboration, and inspire meaningful results.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in the beauty industry, where she founded one of North America’s leading makeup academies before evolving her expertise into experiential events. Today, that entrepreneurial spirit continues across both Okanagan Corporate Retreats + Incentives and The Chic Experience.
Through The Chic Experience, Amy creates conferences, retreats, networking events, and wellness experiences that bring entrepreneurs, professionals, and industry leaders together to connect, learn, and grow.
