Meet Amrita Dhami, Technical Analyst at Extrada Tech, where she works with businesses to make sense of their data, improve how they operate, and explore practical AI tools that fit the way their teams actually work.
Originally from a small, colourful town in Ireland, Amrita has always been curious about people, ideas, and how things work. That curiosity has taken her from studying Mechanical Engineering and working at Stryker, a global medical technology company, to earning a Master’s in Management at UBC Vancouver and finding her place in the Okanagan tech community.
After supporting startups through Accelerate Okanagan, Amrita made the move to join one herself at Extrada Tech. Today, she gets to combine many of the things she enjoys most: curiosity, problem-solving, and helping others. She especially enjoys making technology feel less overwhelming and helping businesses find simple, practical ways to make their workdays a little easier.
Outside of work, you’ll find Amrita strength training, enjoying the outdoors, discovering great food and live music, trying new hobbies, and sharing plenty of laughs with family and friends.
