Meet Goldie Hartford who built H.A.V.E. Solutions because she believes leadership shouldn’t be something people have to figure out on their own.

As Founder and Principal Consultant, Goldie brings 30 years of experience in leadership, project management, coaching, and organizational development. She works with high-performing professionals across energy, utilities, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and operations, helping them transition from operational expertise into confident, effective leadership.

Goldie knows this journey firsthand. For years she pieced it together on her own, reading the books, taking the courses, and still wondering: is this working? It wasn’t until she worked with a certified coach that everything changed. That experience showed her exactly what most leaders are missing.

She meets leaders where the hard stuff happens. In meetings, in tough conversations, and in the day-to-day moments where clarity makes all the difference. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Executive Coach, and Project Management Professional, Goldie is as credentialed as she is practical.

Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring new places by motorcycle or spending time with her two chihuahuas, Charlie and Lucy.
