What 3 pieces of advice would you give to an entrepreneur starting out?
Find and experienced person in your field to assist and shadow in order to gain skills, expertise and experience. Don’t give up and keep putting one foot in front of the other; even on bad days. Challenging clients have much to teach us about ourselves. Be open to learning.
What motivates you when you are feeling “creatively challenged?
Attending workshops, conventions, trade shows and the marketing department at RE/MAX always helps to motivate and inspire me.
What is one of your trade secrets that everyone should know when branding their business?
I’m not sure if it’s a trade secret…I think consistency with customer service, follow-up and marketing consistency are key factors.
Where do you see your business in 5 years?
I see myself remaining a solid Top Producer with a continuing flow of happy clients.
Success Attributes: What do you attribute your success to?
Putting my clients first and managing all of the complexities of buying and selling real estate. Always making time for each client so that they truly believe they are the most important is essential. Making my clients concerns and issues a priority and understanding their fears establishes trust and resolution.
